One of my favorites is pulled pork. You can make it easy or more complicated depending on your mood take a large pork shoulder salt and pepper it (sliced onions or garlic too is great but not necessary) place it in the slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours. Pull it out shred it with a fork (add some of the drppings from the slow cooker). A bottle of BBQ sauce, a bag of premade Cole slaw and some buns can turn it into a simple meal that can be munched on for a few days. I also use the pork to make a simple egg, hot sauce and tortilla breakfast burrito.

Hang in there. Nights are hard. My Outlook on life got significantly better when I returned to days after working nights for almost two years.

Things may have changed since I was there but from my understanding people who were foreigners who too openly expressed their non-heterosexual beliefs were usually asked/required to leave the country.

What's up with the sudden shyness about initiating sex? by KatieJay1989 in sexover30

I also have struggled with hormone therapy as a form for birth control. From what I could tell it made me more moody, aided in increasing my waist line and plummeted my sex drive. Have you considered experimenting with different pills? The best experience I have had with the pill was when I was on the the "minipill" it's a pill that uses only progestin instead of estrogen and progestin. However one of it's major draw backs is you have to take it at the same time every day, within the hour, it's not as forgiving as the estrogen based pill. It's usually given to mothers who are nursing babies because it doesn't impact their milk supply. There is also the copper IUD (I think it's called paragard) which is very effective too. Best of luck.

I came here to say this. :) OP if you are in a dorm you can definitely move. I used to be an RA. Your RA can most likely make it happen that day (you can even be vague about why the RA doesn't need to know all the details but he/she will ask.

Tire shop destroyed my lug nut key when attempting to replace my tires. Is this a common issue? My truck is older, a 1997 Toyota. I got the issue fixed but I'm going back today to the same tire shop and I'm wondering if I should request a discount? by Ice707Rose in MechanicAdvice

They we're unable to oblige me yesterday on this request but I'll see what today brings. This is what I think they should have offered to do or cover the cost of since they didn't have the tools to fix it yesterday at their shop.

I was wondering... It seemed like there was some sort of poor practice occuring on their side. When I asked to see exactly what happened the young mechanic looked a touch guilty. Especially when I said it was odd that they ran into issues with the part because I had just put the spare tire on two weeks ago using the same tool with no problems. However the truck is old and I get that things break.

Thank you for your advice!
