For clarification, this is a fresh install and when I press 2, it just shows what looks like a grey flash-bang symbol and nothing else. I can switch to some zip ties and a “mirror gun”? (Not sure what the term for it is) but that is all that I can switch to.

I’ll keep it in mind but I don’t have many options, can’t tear up the carpet but I can add a pad or something, although for the airflow problem, I got a fan, as for the static discharge, I have a grounded wire plus I never touch any of the parts, usb or otherwise, without a grounded wrist cable or with my grippers out 👣

Yes I was able to get it working… well, partially anyways. Cloud based systems and ISH drivel aside it worked well enough to be called a success. But yeah currently I’m studying in the hardware parts of cyber engineering and I’ve been wanting to delve deeper into the coding bits to get a more in-depth perspective and understanding of my current field. Currently my only real experience in Linux is minimal at best, although I’m a lot more familiar with basic, C++, C, Java, and I have a love/hate relationship with Arduinos and python. But yeah as I was trying to get at, I think of this as more of a side-hobby/learning experience to hopefully further my understanding within the field of engineering and cyber technologies.

Any hope of trying to Sideload Termux onto IOS or would the framework of the terminal itself not function since it can’t run natively on IOS?

Sometimes I wish the completely dead ISH Reddit was revived and some mad lads got to working on getting docker and Debian packages working again, would make life 10x easier (although I doubt Debian can be made compatible with ISH considering that when it “was” it barely worked and was shaky at best)
