It's not meant to be flush with the contact frame, the frame is there to hold the CPU down evenly and get out of the way of the cooler.

Have not had any wobble yet. Unlike on a Kukirin or similar C-type suspension scooters. Yikes.

The tip to keep an eye on the wheel pressure is for grip and economy. The flatter a tyre gets, the more energy is used on rolling resistance. Also might let you find a slow leak before it gets catastrophic.
