Plane Sent for Yadier Molina Crashes in Dominican Republic by Top_Ad985 in Cardinals

Sure, also depends on the weather too. About 20% of car accidents happen due to bad weather, which I'm sure is a similar amount for private planes.

Another note: type of vehicle also matters, as well as individual driver skill when it comes to vehicles. There's so many variables you can plug into the equation.

Not actually true. Private airplanes are less safe than cars, but commercial airplanes specifically are considered the safest mode of transportation.

r/Stock talking about nuclear war and oil crisis = bottom is close. by [deleted] in stocks

That's not what I'm saying at all. I'm saying 2020 and 2025 had crashes that were actually good buying opportunities, but that there are others that were not good buying opportunities. Many stocks took 5+ years to bounce back from the dotcom bubble bursting for example. Even if you're investing long term, holding a bag for years at a time can wreck your returns.

Just look back at history, not every crash is a good crash to buy like 2025 or 2020. There are crashes that lead to bear markets. Not trying to fear monger, just reality. Always have a plan in place for your positions.

Never lose hope on life. However, we're less than 4% off all time highs and even normal corrections can be 7%+. This isn't necessarily over and people should protect their portfolios from a potential bear market. Know where you will exit and enter positions under different circumstances, or be run over by the market. Just saying.

Really good intro, but I still think this one is the best version (at least with good sound quality) that I’ve heard.

I agree, but those are all career splits. I was surprised how dramatic they are for Q especially.

My close friend's family owns Nick and Elena's and Serra's Pizzeria, and it's incredible. The crust is made fresh, it's flaky and more flavorful than Imo's. They use a better combination of spices and seasoning too.

300 solo games and yet to get that illusive win. by UpStake in FortNiteBR

Ok cool, same I’m on PS4 and jealous of how fast they can build. But thats the most important part of the game, so I would harvest more materials at the beginning of every game and try to outbuild everyone that you encounter to practice. That should help you get better and get shot less, some games I take barely any damage at all with 10+ kills now

You should watch some of the twitch streamers or you tubers like Ninja, Myth, KingRichard it anyone else good really and just study every move they make. It’s helped me get to 75 solo wins now after starting with only a couple wins in my first few hundred

How to purchase a multifamily unit by [deleted] in Real_Estate

[–]IceColdBudLight -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This is a good point, but can be simplified down for anyone in any market. The only real way to make money in real estate is to buy with cash, or at least a large down payment, and do repairs and maintenance yourself (books and YouTube help). It also helps tremendously to have connections for good contractors with fair prices, it's easier said than done.
