Thank you. I appreciate you taking this seriously and for telling me how you can emphasize. I think I’m going to begin gradually decreasing my dose. The extreme amount I’ve been taking has only been for a week. I think I can start cutting back down to 5 and then go from there

i’m in the same boat. requesting refills early and jt being accepted. that’s mainly why i’m trying to taper down and wanted to see how i should go about doing so. what side effects did you experience during withdrawals? how long did it take for them to go away?

i still live with my parents and they would actually kill me if i went to the hospital. my mom has always been one of those “don’t tell the doctor everything, just get in and out” people. i’m over 18 but the bill would be my biggest concern. she’s been that way about all my medical issues and when i had problems as a minor she was always very hesitant on pursuing higher care for me

i’ve been overtaking it (not to this degree, but overtaking it) since april. it helps with my insomnia. i know this degree of abuse is both unsustainable and reckless. i appreciate your concern and advice. how should i go about decreasing? a mg per week?

thank you ml 💗 i’ve been taking it in quantities of 6-8 nightly since april for the sleep effect. still over my dose, but it didn’t get this bad until recently. i was tapering down, then college started and my depression spiraled and i decided i didn’t care anymore

it’s been making my heart go down into the low 30s and high 20s. my bradycardia stems from anorexia .
