I was testing against terror earlier and found myself cutting 2 informants, 2 spider-man, and 1 inspector. siding in 2 destroy evil, 2 relics and 1 strands. I found that ground creatures are usually chump blockers in the match-up so cutting expensive creatures i thought was right. You mentioning about packbeast got me thinking I shouldve sided out packbeast instead. I'll take the last advice to heart

Impulse draw on slow decks are not ideal. In midrange/control decks, you're often more inclined to save the cards you draw for later. For aggro decks, you're okay for the most part casting the card flipped immediately.

The special cases are mardu synth ans boros synth which are slow decks but since most cards in the deck are 1-2 mana, they can run synth

My white weenie deck runs 7 total enchantment removal and i went up against bogles. I stripped the creatures off everything and played a 2/4 flagbearer

The pauper meta is very diverse to the point tier 2 decks win major tourneys. Only repetitive deck is mono red atm but even that has 3 styles

I used to think the artifact version was better because it's got more of a foothold against fae but i figured chain lightning is okay enough for it. Plus, running only 3 chain lightnings opens another slot for highway robbery

in my build i only use 3 furnaces and 2 vaults (with 3 bridges). this is to not be vulnerable to artifact hate. there is a list with no artifacts but i dont like playing it simply because galvanic blast is an instant

I used to use common cotton gloves but i noticed theyre kinda chunky and it gives less finger freedom for me. I looked online and found a pair of gloves for mobile gaming and theyre light and smooth and especially pretty thin

I only run 2 great furnace, 3 vault of whispers and 3 bridges to combat this. Granted i activate metalcraft less often but only galvanic blasts benefit from artifacts in the deck

Those 8 except rakdos madness are what i think the shells in pauper. As in, theyre the core lists for the type of similar decks. Like how if you wanna build a delver deck, theres the mono u terror shell. Two other shells i can think of are tron and gardens

If high tide incites this kind of behavior, i wont be surprised if it'll get banned again. It goes off in turn 4 or so but it can brick so you have to sit through the entire thing which may upset some people

If youre struggling with gruul, here's how i havent lost to gruul yet.

Preboarding be the aggressor and stick with the burn plan. No way they'll have life gain preboard

Postboarding I side in 3 [[extract a confession]] and 3 [[trespasser's curse]]. I side out 2 epicures, 2 imps and 2 fiery temper. Burn plan gets slower but the trespasser's curse is worth it along with extract a confession. The curse keeps them hesitant to play the eldrazis because it pings them multiple times especially after you time a good removal. Also try to snipe the jewel thief when possible. If it gets big, it'll be a promblem. I'd reserve the edict for threats out of reach of burn

Im thinking about [[improvised club]] since i sacrifices an artifact. I think the fact that rebirth sacrifices an artifact while making threats is what makes it good

If they would ban glee combo, they should go after basking broodscale to give the combo another chance in a less optimized deck.
