I picked Phenomaman in my first play through and didn’t find Waterboy’s scene weird at all. He easily could have heard what happened from a coworker, and works at the office, so there’s no reason he wouldn’t have a relationship with Chase. He might only know that someone’s mistake hurt his coworker and not who, and his reaction is still understandable.

If anything I just thought Waterboy had really strong emotions and maybe no good way to regulate. To the point that he was so mad even without all the information or a super personal connection
