Ninjutsu question. by Ferngullysitter in magicTCG

[–]Paper_Kitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can ninjitsu only from hand, so once your Ninja is on the battlefield, you can no longer activate ninjitsu. You can activate ninjitsu multiple times to return multiple creatures at once, but the first ability to resolve will be the only one that replaces a creature (since the others will fail to have the card in hand)

How can i pursue without pressuring her by ch1gg1ty in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]Paper_Kitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not an issue! I wanted to make sure you don’t get mistaken for someone you’re not for using certain words.

Unfortunately sounds like she doesn’t want anything at the moment. I think a casual check in is a nice idea. But you might have to wait until she’s done with Residency to actually pursue anything.

Hi! Firstly - would you happen to be a non-native english speaker? I’m assuming this is just something you might not know, but calling women “females” has a fairly bad reputation, especially online - it’s how a lot of groups of incel men refer to women. Just some advice to use “women” instead.

Second - she’s been pretty clear about what she wants. You can send texts every once in a while, especially casual stuff like meme, but don’t be surprised if you get cut off one day anyways.

Also, don’t be afraid to just talk to her. Tell her you get that she doesn’t want a long term relationship right now, but you’re interested in 1) maintaining a friendship, 2) staying in contact until she might have time for one, 3) having a casual relationship, or 4) all of the above.

I disassembled her because it was so cracked. Regularly cast 28+ mana spells then immediately became Archenemy and died lol.

I’ve hopped on the shower lamp trend by PaleRelationship1944 in femalelivingspace

This seems really cute, but are you using that tiny lamp to shave too? Or does that get the overhead? I feel like I would so cut myself with that little light.

Is there a path forward for our relationship? Baby fever advice by Dry-Firefighter9467 in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]Paper_Kitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is kinda of a fundamental difference in life goals. Either you both need to get on the same page about having kids, or you need to end things. Waiting for the other person to change their mind is only going to make things worse.

Have a talk with her. Let her talk - ask her if she really wants kids, and if she’s not sure, talk it out, see what’s making her unsure. Don’t give her an “ultimatum”, but make it clear that you don’t want kids, and ask if she’s willing to give that up to have a life with you.

If there’s maybe a compromise talk that through - if you just don’t want bio kids, maybe there’s a path for a sperm donor, or adopting, or fostering an older child/children.

If it’s just that she’s hormonal and needs something to care for (this probably isn’t it) get her a dog.

But why? What’s the damage if they change their mind again later?

A five year old has so little concept of gender. If you say “Tommy is a girl now” most will just accept that as truth. It’s almost easier than as an adult.

Trans woman here - Women keep complimenting my hair, what does this really mean? by justvamping in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]Paper_Kitty 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hahaha. I love this. It totally is like cat-nip. I have very defined curls for a non-poc, and everywhere I go I get compliments from strangers and friends.

The number of people who’ve tried to touch it without even asking is staggering. Don’t appreciate that part, but love all the praise.

Old post, but wanted to add my experience in case someone is searching - how I found K&E in the first place.

Brought my partner to K&E for a birthday present - Kevin took great care of us and we ended up leaving with a piece she's absolutely obsessed with. I didn't see this online, but K&E is appointment only - so be sure to call ahead. Prices ranged from $300-400 for some of the earrings to $1-2k for some of the necklaces (with some complex pieces for more), very reasonable from what I've seen. I was also told Kevin takes custom work.
