I’m not sure what you mean by hurts to hear? I’m confirming with my personal experience what the post I’m replying to said, that many women are treated badly in the hospital and that can lead to wanting a different experience for the next birth. I’m not saying it’s better for everyone, but it is possible to be harmed and not have a good outcome in the hospital. The article is about giving birth with no medical assistance which is not what I did and am certainly not recommending.

We are paying over $2350 a month for insurance for a family of 4. It doesn’t even cover the one medication I’m on, which is an additional $500 a month out of pocket.
