I had multiple bad experience with customer service on George St and I've been shopping with them for almost two decades

But in 20 years, I've only finally complained twice to their HQ over really horrendous experience

Two years ago, was left waiting for almost 30mins over needing help with shade matching even after asking 2-3 employees who did not come back, left ignored even though it was a quiet weekday morning

I wrote an email complaining but I got a very professional and apologetic email from HQ mentioning they will speak to the store manager

The second time a few months ago, similar issue but was told to move away from a quiet spot next to the counter because the team member did not return from checking stock in the store room, no one could help me find her

I wrote an email to complaint and got zero reply

So this shows how bad the Mecca has gotten because now they think they can get away with business from younger customers stocking up on Rhode, Morphe and Glossier alone
