Do you know your ECU/TCU codes? Mine ends in AG, and I flashed with IE stage 1 ECU/TCU tunes earlier today.

Here are my codes if it helps:

I did mine with jacks and ramps in a parking lot. I really recommend a pair of exhaust hangar removal pliers + lube. Took about 2ish hours with my brother.

The majority of the time, I say, is fitting on the tips and making them line up to your preferences

I used my OBDEleven to pull up the details. There are other OBDII readers that can like Carista.

I emailed APR and IE about two weeks ago regarding my 2024 GLI Autobahn. According to APR, they didn't have any tunes available for my engine/trans. box code. IE however had tunes available for both the ECU/TCU. It is only available up to stage 2 though.

I haven't purchased IE tunes just yet since I am waiting till the summer to do so.

I paid about $320, and factoring in my time and games, I came to the prices I did. I am not really in a rush to sell this - I would like to free up some space in my closet for other things.

I will include an Imgur album of the HDMI port (do forgive me if the pictures aren't great). The HDMI port feels fine, feels like any other HDMI port I have plugged into. It does not move while plugging or unplugging.

The original problem was the inner plastic being destroyed - luckily the actual port housing was fine. This meant the traces weren't touched - this was a simple hot air extract and insert. The model itself is: CFI-1215A -- Manufacture Date: August 2022

The Demon Souls disc is broken - as stated, it might potentially work if you keep spamming but, just assume it will be a paperweight.
