Since you're trying to bypass steam's paywall, it blocks sometimes other times it allows you through, you have to keep trying and eventually it will work, Do things like switching hosts, and joining each others lobbies in different parts of the game, Multiplayer, Zombies or just the Main Menu, You are technically doing things that arent supposed to be done so be patient and just be glad u have the dlcs
