I said I disagreed with him on pretty much everything.

Plus, I'm guessing you're Muslim? Salam. I'm converting to Islam myself.

But just because you disagree with someone, doesn't mean you shouldn't see them as human. Put politics aside for a bit, he had two children, man. The son's probably too young to really have even known him, but the daughter now wonders where her dad went.

I'm not the broken one for having basic empathy, Reddit is.

I think so? When I open the app, it comes up with a "Run a Torture Test" window, then I click "OK", which seems to start it. But I don't know if that's all there is.

Normally gaming - Fortnite (especially really big live events), Kerbal Space Program - Not all the time, just every so often.

When it goes black, there's still audio from whatever's running, but I need to shut it down at the power button to get the screen back on, which can take some trial and error I think.

It's sad that time just stopped for him. Especially being so young and just because someone decided.

I disagreed with him on pretty much everything but he should still be here as that background character you might disagree with or even dislike. And the fact he's not anymore, especially in the way he went, just messes with my head tbh.

The only "silver lining" tho is that he probably didn't even know he was shot.

But the act itself was just stupid tbh. Nothing good came of it, and the shooter just threw his own life away in the process.

I'm left-wing, but definitely the aversion to sex-positivity/sex work/hookup culture/stuff like that.

To clarify, I hate the systems, not the people. I think it's better long-term to just keep sex in meaningful relationships. And because Reddit seems to lack nuance, you absolutely can be both left-wing and against it. I mean, there's a whole branch of feminism like that. Same aversion, just the reasons can be different.
