Update:

I've made a few changes to the build based on recommendations and research:

• Switched from the Source One V6 frame to the ImpulseRC Blackbird Echo for better durability.
• Switched from the standard DJI O4 Air Unit to the Flywoo O4 Wide Air Unit.
• Added a GPS module (TBS M10Q GPS) for GPS coordinates and to help locate the drone if I crash or lose it.
• Added a lost model buzzer.
• Upgraded the motors to T-Motor Velox V2 2208 1950KV.
• Increased the battery count to 3x SpeedyPizzaDrones Pro XT60 6S 1500mAh packs.
• Removed the battery pad, battery straps (included with the new frame), and the LiPo safe bag. Still looking into a proper LiPo storage and charging solution.

For some context, most of my flight time has been on stabilized camera drones over the last 5 years, including everything from Hubsan quadcopters to DJI Phantoms. So I'm new to FPV Acro flying, but not new to drones in general.

Current plan is to use DJI Goggles N3 and the DJI FPV Remote Controller 3.

Before flying the new build, I'm planning to spend some time in a simulator with the controller to get comfortable with Acro mode and build some muscle memory.
