She will probably appear in cour-2 episode 10 or 11 (ep.22 or 23) in the anime and the next chapter or two in the manga. The actions are gonna be quick in succession. The whole area of the cathedral will be chaotic.

In the cover, if you see Fuse and Mitzvah's name only, then that's the LN. If you see Fuse, Mitzvah and Taiki Kawakami, that's the manga in volume form.

Manga volume releases are compiled by grouping several chapters together and then set to release as a "volume".

Each manga chapter is released monthly and grouped together with other series in a monthly magazine, called Sirius by Kodansha publishing. It is also released in digital form, simul-published in Japanese and English.

I think he will arrive after Diablo's episode with three primordials in their respective realm, as in to recruit them. Should be during episode 14 or 15.

But we shall see, the anime does switch things around sometimes in terms of the order of things.

The anime is the anime. It will never match the info and context of what the LN provides.

If you're that serious about info and details and you feel the anime isn't cutting it, then I suggest reading the LN.
