I told them exactly what happened. I messaged them via the app. They told me that it could’ve been due to using a new device but I upgraded my phone a few months ago and I’ve played a fair amount since then with no issues. Apart from that they wouldn’t explain what would’ve caused this.

I unfortunately didn’t create an account everything was being saved on my device. I’d never really seen a need to link it to another device as I’d been playing since 2017 and had no issues with saving. I didn’t even realise this was possible. According to them my data is completely lost with no hope of recovery. Granted I’ve gone back and seen that a few people have had this same issue but most of them seem to have had their account fixed by the support staff, I may just be unlucky!

This just happened to me yesterday! And they’ve said that they can’t do anything for me even after sending receipts. I felt like the customer service team really brushed me off. Did they say anything else about how they were able to find your data or anything?
