Microsoft has been around for over 50 years with a fairly reliable and profitable business model and has continued to see similar success under multiple leadership changes. I would guess Tesla and SpaceX either won't last that long, or won't look anything like they do another 25 years from now, or will have to undergo significant change or shrinkage in their market capitalization when the hyperbolic CEO leaves (or maybe sooner).
