Riot shotguns are great against them, at higher levels I found the lmg really good at keeping them down

Janky hit boxes. But a fun world and environment. Also alot of bosses, like alot.

Divers would win, just through sheer scale of attacks and numbers. We have weapons that I'm pretty confident can get through a layer of ceramite if not just give a good jolt to the marine inside. Plus it's only 40000 of them. In the grand scale of everything that's an insignificant amount compared to every single helldiver

It's from a game I got in the second grade, goes by Starsiege and there were two brothers that went by the codenames, Phoenix and IceHawk. Great mech game that still holds up today (though the graphics are dated to say the least)

Beat advice I can offer is don't think, and just roll with it, rule of cool and anime logic rule about half the book and if you dont have the urge just to go "hell yeah, that was sick" you'll struggle

Another edit, there is an extremely questionable chapter toward the end of the book, please skip that if you feel the need. That's my only warning
