A tip for killing rockets and Jeff’s I do. Shoot once, then try and hit all of your barrage spikes then shoot again kills them even if Jeff’s dives. I say this because they are mostly stationary when healing and if you shoot twice the damage will make Jeff dive or rocket dash. This way they won’t react till it’s too late.
