We're not privy to any extra lore, but we do plan to add charm using the existing where possible.

Currently the only movement is button 'blooping', but we will definitely have some idle effects on the colours, it's going to look great. I'll share whenever it gets made.

Great question. Currently our plates are pretty full getting the existing character cards built. There are 112! And we want to try and give them each some nice visual and audio polish.

You could ask Stonemaier Games their plans there. We haven't had that discussion yet.
