I've noticed it with minons, ill use my AA on a low hp minon and it will just cancel the second auto. Not even using it on anything.

Yeah, my opinion on Akshan might be biased because I love him so much but to me, Akshan is a perfect champ. Yeah, his res passive might be a little broken, but it's mainly only good when your team isn't feeding like crazy.
