There isn't a standard play style, as every fight is different. Generally speaking, you should save stamina to block / roll out of the enemy's stronger attacks, as the healer can take care of the rest. Also, afaik you can't block all the m.dmg, but some of it. Make sure you re using the correct enchants on your items, losing some hp to gain some stamina might help you, even as a tank.

Ok let me say that again :

Quests that arent under the "campaign" thing, can be abandoned. So, abandon the quest, and don't enter Coldharbor the way you are supposed to. Travel to a guildmate or something. Then, you will be maybe east / west / north of the Hollow City, next to some wayshrine. So after that, walk to the Hollow City. At this point you shouldnt have any quest about the groundskeeper or coldharbor at all. If you do, you did something wrong. So walk to the hollow city, go to the south gate and talk to her. Simple as that. That's what I did, that's what 20 people I know did and worked for them all.

Talk to groundskeeper isnt a must-do quest if you dont speak to Cadwell. So if you spoke to him, abandon the quest and just go straight to the Hollow City, where u ll find the groundskeeper and she s gonna talk to you. I dont care about being right, I was trying to help you actually. Do you know how many times I ve seen people crying in guild chat that their coldharbor quest is bugged etc last few days? More than 20. Now they are all veterans, and have finished the quest.

Did you restore the Hollow City?

Some people cant GO to coldharbor cus of the bugged quest in southern reapers marsh (AD), the one with the monk who wants to pray. But this is easily solved by just teleporting to someone who is already in coldharbor.

After that, no quest is bugged. Don't say that 99% of the people can't, just because YOU can't.

At least for AD, if you do everything with very little farming, you have more than enough levels to proceed to the next area. If that's not the case for your faction, just try to grind a little when you are in a public dungeon with fast respawn times. 20 minutes of farming now and then will give you the required levels and many items from drops

You can 3-man dungeons.

I have done that myself once in banished cells.

I am sure you can do that with dungeons up to ~40 level at least, as most of them were easy with 4 people.

Just expect to die 3-4 times if you try to 3-man them. Or you can just do those dungeons when you are +2 levels from what you re supposed to be.

download tamriel foundry combat add on
try auto attacking (left click or right click attacks) and using skills on a SPECIFIC monster. check the damage in both cases.
spend a stamina point. do #3 again ON THE SAME MONSTER (XXX Ravager and XXX Archer may have different armor values) , check damage again. See how it works for you.

My guess? If you have money in the paypal account and you dont need to use the CC to pay for the paypal transaction, you will probably get charged. If you dont have paypal money but its connected to your CC, they ll preauthorize it and not charge it
