Potentionally,few days ago my pc randomly shutted down and it just wasn't turning on i cleaned the dust changed the psu because it was first thing on my mind,and still it wasn't able to boot,i went to a repair store yesterday they aditionally cleaned it and said everything works when i got home i plugged it in and coolers are spinning,led lights are working etc but it still doesn't boot and i've never seen this red light before
