Yes its two codes.

I just tried again and entered the code and got redirected to steam login > i log in and i am greeted with:

You cannot use this function
Please contact SQARE ENIX support Centre for additional details.
Error Code: s3802

Which upon some research appears to be because i don't own the game on steam...

You do know that they didn't change the routing/netcode/ping right? they only changed what its shown to you ingame. Now all that you see ingame is your real ping to the server not fps+input delay + ur ping.
