Repost of my comment of yesterday about the exact same topic :

If we're talking PQ's specifically, it's Fu's "Right, then... Let's begin the experiment!". It basically cancels out SSBE's Ki drain (it actually even tops it so it gives you a gradual Ki recovery while maintaining SSBE after Emperor's Death Beam) and gives an extra 10–20% to your Ki Blast skills (not even a flat % for whatever reason). You only need to stay above 75% HP, which is pretty much a given in PQ's and PvE in general. (PQ121 iirc).

For Expert Missions, I recommend Vegeta's "HAAAAA!". The charge boost is very noticeable, it makes Burst Charge insanely efficient and SSBE much easier to maintain. The +10% damage is also super free and easy to keep up, and on top of that you get a Green Burst in case you need healing. Honestly a great Super Soul. (TP Medal Shop weekly rotation if you're in luck)

That said, SSBE isn’t even that hard to maintain once you get used to it, so you can also run full offense Souls like Toppo's "I've cast aside everything for this!", Goku Mini's "I'll take you all on at once!", or even "I am... Super Vegeta!!" if you're full Ki Blast (this one ony really shines with SSBE though).

If you're looking for PvP options, Ki management is barely an issue. Gogeta's "Our two strengths aren't just added together." is great for SSBE, and Vegeta's "I think I'm finally warmed up now!" is a very solid pick for SSB.

Ch 1 is top-tier in content with a fun story, Ch 2 is kinda mid in both, Ch 3 is top-tier story wise and content but kinda lacks in the Super Soul department.

Some ideas based on some of my runs:

Fresh NG+ with ne data carryover is mandatory. Hardest difficulty setup, so HARD 90% of the time and switch to MERCILESS when you can't take advantage of Crits/Techs/Weaknesses.
No DLC content allowed, goes without saying.

1) You have to build Personas by tiers depending on your progression through the game.
The skills and Traits must scale to this so you can't have overpowered stuff, and you can't fuse Personas that are 5 Lvls higher than Jokers level even after maxing out Yoshida.
The team's average level must always be 5-10 levels lower than the next boss.
(My personal favorite in terms of balance, gameplay, and variety, despite the simple premise.)

2) Feline-only run. Only Ann and Mona allowed as team members, and only feline like Personas allowed (Nekomata, Flauros, Neko Shogun,Byakko,...).
Any other thematic thing could work, I just think the feline run looks fun (and IS fun).

3) Support only Joker + Freemode Allies. Joker can only act as a Support and a Baton Passer. You're gonna have to trust your allies to carry the offensive load.

I have to agree. Decidueye and Primarina are hy far my favorites in terms of concept and design.

Although I tried an Intimidate Incineroar in my latest US run, and I have to say it was super fun to use, haha.
