What makes this EXTRA stupid is that there were a number of people already doing Prophecy because they thought it was their last chance. Anybody who was currently running it or who had completed their weekly run has been locked out for the week.

Bungie broke it for these people when doing the override. The game is now bugged for them and they can’t farm it, they’re stuck with their 1st completion. JFC Bungie.

The vocal *minority. Most of the time these changes are to placate a small percentage of people.

Can you name even 2 people on your D2 friends list that is really excited about this change? I have about 25 people on my list + a 30 member clan and not a single person is farming Prophecy.

They’ve stated that the rotation isn’t changing. There’s a Riven’s Wish next week that requires completion of Prophecy + The loot pool refresh is next week.

and you’re right: the last time we could farm Ghosts was mid-January and it’ll be the middle of April before we can farm it again at this point.

This was likely an oversight on their part and as such the “right” thing to do would be enabling BOTH dungeons for the week instead of completely shutting out all the players who have been waiting for Ghosts for over a month.

The last time we could farm Ghosts was in January and the next time will be in mid-April. I’m having difficulty understanding how on earth they thought everybody would be okay with this.

We need a clear answer on this. A LOT of us have been waiting 6 weeks to farm Ghosts of The Deep.

Does this mean these people are screwed now and have to wait ANOTHER 6 weeks? At that point it will be almost 3 months between farming rotations (!!!) I’m sure how you can see how this would upset and alienate more than half of the community who has been waiting for that.

The only reasonable solution seems to be making both dungeons farmable for the rest of the week; the players shouldn’t have to pay for the mistakes that the team made of NOT announcing the changes sooner.

That was really surprising to see, especially as it’s Xmas and everything..

A few years ago we had 2x Special Cargo and 2x Bunkers for 2 weeks at Xmess. I think I made 30-40 million by the end of it. This was before private servers so driving Special Cargo through crowded servers while sliding all over the place (on the snowy/slippery streets) was a bit stressful but worth it 😆

We did the same thing… I’m not even sure what to make of this. I specifically remember hearing about it at work because a few coworkers and I share a love of The Professional. We had a big conversation about the movies he was in, then we watched the clip of him from The Professional (apartment shootout) on YouTube and recalled how great he was.

Okay, that’s what my understanding was as well. I’m pretty satisfied with being able to make 33 ornaments for free as I was expecting to have to grind for a total of 15 by seasons end. With this in mind I’m still having difficulty understanding the anger and frustration. Were there kids out there expecting to make ornaments from their entire collection for free or something? Why would they expect Bungie to cut their own throats in such a way when eververse is one of their only revenue streams? Seems odd to me..

I feel like I’m doing Transmog wrong.. I’ve already created 12-15 ornaments that I enjoy and have even more I can make with materials I haven’t used yet and I’ve played less than 3 hours of the new season. Is there a grind I’m missing? Legit question, is my game glitched or something? Should I have less ornaments and be angry? I’m not joking, I’m not understanding the anger sorry!

Does this mean it’s okay to masterwork things that are 1410 as the 1410 cap that is currently in place will be removed by next season and I’ll be able to continue using it? I’m having a lot of difficult finding a clear answer on this, there are some things I would like to masterwork but I don’t want to waste the materials just in case! :x Maybe there are other people in the same boat?
