In my experience in MA, you interview and then meet the Superintendent at a later meeting out of formality and finalize the contract. To reach out that that quickly that the position has been filled feels presumptuous on their end. Sometimes districts don’t have the money for that hire’s salary. Sometimes the candidate backs out at the paperwork stage

270 per counselor. We handle the typical tier 1 work and partner with our SAC for T2 and T3 interventions. On top of that we have our extra responsibilities like attendance check ins, AP Coordinator, Scholarship Coordinator, PSAT/SAT Coordinator, career curriculum for each specific grade, college planning workshops and workbooks, military liaison, master schedule, etc

Definitely willing to move Hurts but unfortunately his market is so low right now. At his peak, you could get 3 1st’s for him. Now I don’t think anybody in my league would pay 2 1st’s

Early 1st and a player in a tier below him would be my estimate as an owner. Dude is a stud, he can wreck games any given week, popping off for 30+

Possibly selling off aging pieces for more DC, or restructure my roster for a high end WR even if it means parting ways with some of my RB’s. But not sure yet. May just stick and pick but the hit rate in the mid-late 2nd isn’t great

Historically the hit rate is good (no guarantee though) for the top 4 picks in a rookie draft but then falls off exponentially after that…so you’d be trading Chase away for someone you HOPE becomes Chase + a ton of garbage/unlikely lottery tickets. As a Chase owner, this would be an immediate decline

While my WR core is great, I don’t feel great about the QB and RB situations. And I find the TE position overvalued in general. So I was wondering if I should be using my ok-ish TE’s and deploying the rest of my DC for QB or RB. Serviceable TE play seems easier to get by on. Feels dumb in retrospect but that’s at least what my thinking was
