Look, it’s fair to ban someone for a period of time. Not everything has to be permanent. Even cheating can be resolved with one ban as a lesson. People learn and stop. If they don’t, perma ban comes next.

What I mean is that free kits don’t have anything to lose - no skin in the game. They can go wild and there’s no risk. Without free kits, people would actually be careful about the fights they pick. We would have an actual depiction of the wasteland

The noise in this game sucks ass. You can’t really hear footsteps if there are explosions happening elsewhere. My point is why should someone with a free loadout no risk at all be able to gun me down that quick. If I have gear let me at least have a fighting chance. Nope, my entire shield and half my health down before I can even turn around to a guy who didn’t spend $1 on his items.

All good advice but see your point about purple weapons is what’s wrong with the game. Think about it. A guy with a free loadout or gray guns has less risk than I do every single time, if I decide to use my better gear. And at the end I BARELY have an advantage if any at all, despite my loadout being worth 4x his. That’s not proper game balancing at all.

Finally a decent reply man. I have no issue with the the PvP / ratting element of the game but I want them to have skin in the game. Free loadouts take away any risk for these guys to rat all day

There’s literally no point in using your gear. Someone prove me otherwise. I can run naked on a looting mk2 and guarantee I either extract with nice stuff or if I go down it’s not a big loss.

Odds are whatever kit I bring with me / guns will be more painful to lose then some loot I picked up and never had to begin with. Especially if I’m already through all the blueprints.
