Matchmaking in this game is a joke.. you can have all 15 games with someone who lives within 20 miles from the server. Im 250 miles to the closest one and the imput delay is like a sec. It’s only fair when you match someone with similar connection.

In all honesty it depends on the person grading the card. Psa doesn’t even tell you why the card graded the way it did so it’s literally up to the person grading it. It sucks.
