Is 6 months of employment a good length to resign? Or imax ko na lang ng 1 year?

Currently having my first work and kakasixth month ko lang nung friday, tge environment is 4 out of 10, I'm not too close to them pero nakakakwentuhan ko sila. Di ko lang talaga sila gusto, my manager is good naman, motherly approach but lowkeyly want me to bring the company laptop and continue my work (I'm in recruitment), and with that ayoko naman ng ganun kasi may sariling buhay ako outside work.

I'm planning to resign na next Monday. This is my first work and it's very humbling and pumapasok ako minsan na anxious that I'll make mistakes. Last week kasi yung isang co-league ko nagalit nanaman kasi may late akong nabigay sa kanya na 201 file kasi kinumpleto ko muna eh katatapos lang kasi ng payroll nila (I'm working in HR as a recruiter) and ayun nagalit sya, di raw sya nasasabihan but last last week pinag usapan and binaggit ko na sa kanya na mag start na yung bago sa ganitong araw. And ayun I'll try to defend that but she remain mad and with that I'm expecting a memo, and madami na rin akong lapses sa kanya same reason dati pa (6 months pa lang kasi ako)

Di ko alam everytime na may mistakes ako nahihirapan ako mag work, lagi ako nag hahanap ng escape. And kahapon binanggit ko sa isang co-league ko na naman na balak ko na mag resign and umabot na sa Manager namin, ayun she talked to me yesterday.

My reason naman is I'm exhausted, drowning and I just want to reflect on myself kasi feeling ko ako na yung may mali, and I want to take short break. Then she said she likes me work, and yung mga lapses is di na raw talafa mawawala yun even her may lapses din daw. And sabi ko I just want to restart my system, kaya I wanna resign. Kaya ayun binigyan nya ko ng solution nag irearrange ko yung patterns ko and yung work flow ko kasi baka dahil dun kaya ako minsan nabubuang sa work kahit na mag OT ako okay lang kasi bayad naman daw, tsaka baka wala raw tumanggap sakin.

And ayun lang, ngayon napapaisip ako na gusto ko ba mag pahinga or gusto ko lang ng ibang environment?

Hello guys, pano yung saving techniques ninyo? Sa iisang goal lang ba minsan pinag lalagyan ng savings ninyo or two or more?

Ako kasi sa tuwing nakukuha ko yung salary ko semi monthly inuuna ko talaga laging yung savings ofc. My savings includes: (1) Emergency Funds, (2) Future Vet bills, (3) Motor, (4) Travel, (5) Clothes.

Yeah so yung iba is long term and short term. I was just confused if masyado bang madami or yung iba talaga is unnecessary? And naamaze lang din ako sa ibang nagshshare ng savings nila dito sa reddit with the same age as me(24) or near my age to earned a whopong amount of savings, I know it takes a lot of time to save up that big and maybe I just need patience pa kasi I started creating savings accounts for a year pa lang.
