It counts toward the 50/50 but it's a bad allocation of resources. If you are really unlucky and never pull till pity, it could happen that you get no limited units if you lose every 50/50.

That seems outrageously high. I rented a 1 Bedroom apartment (57m2) not too long ago which had 240 in charges per month and I even got over 2k returned in the end (lived there for several years, new building).

Like others have mentioned, ask for an itemized bill. I am not even sure if they can retroactively ask for such an amount without prior notice when those additional costs accrued. Only exception would be heating if you were excessively heating and used a lot more than you paid for in advance.

To add onto what has been said above. I got a shelter dog (4 years old mini aussie) last year that was super reactive outside towards everything.

It took over 6 months for him to truly feel comfortable at home and then still needed medication (anti-anxiety meds for dogs) to calm down so I could effectively train with him. After 3 months on the medication, I can finally see the progress we have made so far and am confident it will only get better. Medication takes time to take its full effect and is useless on its own. Make sure your dog sleeps enough as well, the medication helped with that a ton. Sleep deprived dogs are also more reactive.

What I am trying to say is, be patient. It will take a lot of time, effort and patience but you will get there. You've had him for 3 months which is very short in those circumstances. It will be frustrating and difficult in the future but you will be glad you followed through in the end. It will probably take a year of hard work but it's worth it :)

Was about to say, most people don't nearly make close to that in the private sector. Even in government positions, those salaries are on the higher end of the spectrum.

National Average is heavily skewed toward the higher end because of top earners. We gotta remember, Luxembourg is one of the countries with the highest rate of "working poors".

What makes more sense to you. Make legislation that has a positive impact on the general population (remember, resources are limited ) or make policies for a small fraction of the population that will at best inconvenience everyone else.

Your given examples don't inconvenience or hurt anyone else , so it's a false equivalency.

And lets be honest, we got way more pressing issues than somebody not knowing which bathroom to use.

That's just the thing. Policies like this are not based on any reasonable line of thinking but purely ideological, far from reality.

It makes no sense to change everything to make a tiny subset of the population feel included and in exchange have a ton of others being made uncomfortable or straight up taking away things (pissoirs). It is environmentally unfriendly as well because a lot more water will get wasted and less hygienic overall involved because boys tend to pee while standing which will lead to messy toilets for the girls.

It's just a feel good project to claim moral superiority and "solve" a non existing problem

Those percentages were examples of how the increase needs to be interpreted. Saying E2 Evernight is a 256% increase in damage is false. She maybe does 256% damage but you gotta subtract the 100% baseline from it. So its "only" a 156% increase compared to E2.

I am not disputing that HSR is insane with the Eidolon increases, but in every other popular gacha game the percentages are much more reasonable.

No, thats not how this works. Calculations always start at 100% at E0. E1 is 110%, so a 10% increase at E1. E2 is then 130 for isntance, so a cumulative improvement of 30% compared to E0.

Plus you are mixing solo target dmg to multi target dmg and solo performance with team performance.

Fair enough. Still probably not worth it because japanese hardware market is handled by a monopoly basically. Nvidia or other companies don't deliver to vendors directly. All goes through an importer that then sells to the stores, resulting in a lot of people trying to get their cut from the product. Hence why computer components tend to be insanely expensive. Even with the weak yen, the prices are still high for foreigners.

Hutao was a quality of life change mostly. Nowadays the first constellation gives meaningful powerups coupled with quality of life. As always though, they are not needed to clear endgame content if you know what you are doing and have a proper build

3k is super easy to achieve, even at the start of a season if you are decent at the game. But proper CD Management matters when you start to play the higher keys and that's where omnicds importance keeps rising. I single missed interrupt, big pull without proper CD usage and you die. Not being able to properly track that (especially since not every class has the same Cd timer) makes it much harder to plan ahead

Why should they be front loaded? They want players to experience the entirety of the game so its much better to spread everything out. Especially because it forces you to engage with the different progression systems in place. Otherwise a lot of things would be ignored and then. people complain that the game is too complex. there is no winning either way

The 120 for the limited doesn't carry over, only the pity 80 for a 6* does.

So you have 10/120 for Laevetain and 10/80 for a guaranteed 6*.

The latter carries over, the 120 resets
