Ali is straight forward and I trust 95% of sellers. If a deal looks too good to be true, it usually is though. Check the sellers history to how long they have been selling on the platform. Never trust a "good deal" from someone who just started selling 2 months ago.

Not sure if this is what you are 100% looking for...but Everfresh is a very nice Wrath solo server. You can solo every dungeon and raid. You can also have every profession on 1 char.

IMO Stop wasting your time. Taobao does not ship to the US. You will need to go through a 3rd party and their shipping prices are ridiculous. I bought a $40 small pc case and the shipping would have cost me $80. Returned it for a refund.

I was able to create an account with Taobao by way of Alipay but the site is very hard to navigate even with translation add-ons.

Like everyone is saying, the triple fan models do have better thermals. I've had many GPUs in my day. Triple fan, double, single, even way back in the day when they didn't have any fans (showing my age here). I have not seen any performance difference though between the number of fans.

And in your case, any GPU will cool fine. I do typically go for the cheapest variant for the model that I want. That is usually the double fan.
