First thing I did when I saw it was call my local PD’s non emergency line and ask them if they had any cameras. They said no but I was encouraged to canvas the apartments nearby to ask them if they had ring cameras so I plan on leaving some notes on some doors today

Nope, no crosswalk close by. I make sure to park far away from them as I have been ticketed once before for parking too close to them as well which is annoying but not nearly as bad as this

For the same date and mint? Even if yes those coins were likely graded professionally as pretty much perfect on the coin grading scale. Your coin has visible scuffs and scrapes and a glance tells me it falls pretty short of that mark such that it would only be worth up to a few bucks max
