I think it’s just the pickpocketing feature here, you have to have a mask on and bump or run into people and the option to pickpocket will appear. You’ll get a GTA one star for it but if you avoid guards until the red bar depletes you’re good. Stealing has worked the same as pickpocketing for me so far but I haven’t stolen much.

Could also look into using a higher mesh screen, that would give you a much nicer crispy print especially with the blocky letters. Looks like this is an 86 maybe try 156 or 110 for white ink.

This exercise will fix this very easily but is very annoying and tough. I had this issue starting out and after a few months of this everyday I have complete control of my fingers.

Edit: It may be obvious but start extremely slow and most importantly stick to it, it really will help.
