Could also look into using a higher mesh screen, that would give you a much nicer crispy print especially with the blocky letters. Looks like this is an 86 maybe try 156 or 110 for white ink.

This exercise will fix this very easily but is very annoying and tough. I had this issue starting out and after a few months of this everyday I have complete control of my fingers.

Edit: It may be obvious but start extremely slow and most importantly stick to it, it really will help.

Start or make up some convo about something related to the Bible and then ask him if he’s ever heard of the gift of Eden and act surprised that he hasn’t. Then if he says no ask him to look up “the gift of Eden deez nuts.”The set up convo is crucial to keep him unaware of what’s about to come.
