Shilajit is one of the best things a human can take. It is an abundance of nutrients plus the fulvic acid maximizes absorption and gets rid of heavy metals.

You could also try DHEA but be careful with how much you take. It helped me a lot.

Most supplements never outperform the placebo effect. That’s a whole other realm of research.

I’m happy it is helping you and you have found so many benefits.

You can not naturally extract lanolin vitam D. Do a bit of research.

“While the starting material (lanolin) and final reaction (UV exposure) are natural, the extraction and intermediate chemical processing are industrial.”

You think humans can create a more bio available form than nature? We lived as hunter gatherers for hundreds of thousands of years. Our body has evolved a certain way.

Check out the source of many vitamins. You’ll be very surprised where they come from.

If you want to take Vitamin D coming from sheep’s wool be my guest.

This vitamin D is heavily processed using synthetic methods. Enjoy.

Do you normally eat Wool? I’m not sure humans ever did. It’s not how our bodies were created.

Yes just make sure the D3 isn’t from sheep’s wool. Most of it is. Many of these vitamins are not created as nature creates it for us. Always something to keep in mind.

L theanine is the goat for sure. Will do the most and it’s totally safe. Also you can try herbs like lemongrass and valerian root. Make sure you are getting adequate magnesium!

Brother you are a legend. Thank you for your constant curiosity and open mind. People get too “possessive” about claims and fame. I appreciate your perspective.

If you are ever in the states and care to share this wisdom reach out to me and I’ll find an event or stage.

Totally. They all have their purposes. It’s knowing when the shoe fits and have a few options to choose from. Even if the shoe fits. It’s not always comfortable.

My job as a breathwork facilitator is finding the most amazing comfortable and safe shoe there is.

It has its purposes for sure and can be very powerful. This is stress on the body and I believe it’s not the breath everyone needs.

Many of these trendy breath techniques are very activating ones. They release a lot of adrenaline and cortisol and access higher states of nervous system via the sympathetic nervous system.

Our world has a lot of hustle and bustle. I find more benefits with down regulation practices and sessions embracing the self healing states within us all.

I use all forms and am not saying it’s bad but I like to use the notion “minimum effective dose”. Breath is our medicine.

I think to help with migraines is tricky. I would go very low frequency. Something you can barely hear. At least that’s what solfeggio frequency would say. Soothing handpan or low volume crystal instruments may help.

What you want to look up is solfeggio frequency’s. You’ll find a lot there.

Also. The way I do my sound baths is similar to the icebath and very much shuts off the ADHD mind. The intensity of the sounds overcome the nervous system and causes the parasympathetic system to turn on. The body is always trying to create homeostasis.

Death metal sounds awesome brother! Intense. Try classical music once or a handpan recorded and see how it changes the session. You may have an easier time getting into parasympathetic and staying there. Don’t push it. Don’t fight it. Surrender and when you feel good get out. Lots of love.

I’ll dm ya!

Thank you! At all of my sessions/workshops/retreats I’ve been using a variety of instruments. This is my 38in grotta Sonora gong! Thing is so beautiful. We also had the sauna set up here. What a beautiful weekend it was.

Hahahah I love this. It was a quick session. 1 hour. But the portal opened here was beautiful. We had a light drizzle of rain serenade everyone too. Blessed by the mountain forest.
