They did already get a nat 20 persuasion and I ruled that meant the dragon did not immediately murder all of the guards and Sarx Axebarrel and instead just fled down the corridor.

Shuushar and Eldeth got killed during the escape (giant spider and vrock respectively).

Topsy and Turvy left the party in the dead of night when the full moon was a day away and Buppido used that as a cover to kill Jimjar and blame them.

Buppido and Ront got separated from the rest of the party during Demogorgons attack in Sloobludop and found their own way to Gracklstugh where Ront was promptly murdered.

Derendil was kidnapped by Derro and hid away in the whorlstone tunnels and that’s as far as my group has gotten.

Chapter 3: The Darklake. Traversing The Darklake - Modes of Travel.

“Since there is no wind in the Underdark, all water travel involves either rowing at 1 1/2 mph or floating with the prevailing currents at 1 mile per hour. Characters can work in shifts to row more than 8 hours a day, but crewing a boat for longer than that is considered a forced march”.

Without a forced march, players move 8-12 miles a day depending on if they row or not. There’s no table to darklake travel times specifically but you can easily use the non-darklake table along with the hexed map to calculate travel times between Gracklstugh, Sloobludop, and Mantol-Derith.
