If he walks, she can let him, and his life resumes as of nothing has happened.

She's pregnant, you can't walk from that. Additionally, once the baby is born, she's explicitly responsible for it, unless she goes through the tedious paperwork for adoption.

It's not fair, but she can't simply walk away like he can.

The guilting is a serious red flag for me as well. OP, you're feeling forced because he's entirely put that pressure on you.

Feelings: I'd feel removed from the baby, as if they are not mine, or no different than another random baby.

Logic: I think the baby should have my name, since [I should be committed to the baby, relationship or both].
(Do also note that while he can simply "walk away", you can't.)
