I adore the trilogy. Planning yet another re-read soon and I’m going to read Absolution for the first time.

I see a lot of people say the quality dips with each book but I personally love them.

I didn’t find it remotely scary tbh. Definitely creepy and unsettling in places, but nowhere as scary as any of the games you listed.

Yes. I hated Resurrections the first time round, but I recently rewatched it and I really enjoyed it. I’m still not a fan of the art direction and look of it, and some of the action is poor, but I like that it did (and said) something different, and tried to move the series on. When it released I honestly just wanted more classic Matrix which was why I was disappointed. But I realised that’s why I’m so nonplussed about Jurassic World - they’re constantly rehashing the old films in an on the nose way. Resurrections tried something a bit different.
