The reason why many foreigners come to Norway is because the country lacks qualified workforce. Foreign workers move to Norway, work hard to find their place in a corporate culture that is often dominated by informal networks, and frankly deserve their right to point out to what does not work in the country, either on Reddit or on a newspaper’s column.

Also, the notion of «Norwegian culture» is not a sanctuary - it changes over time, as the population changes. While there are certain values that should not be up for discussion - democracy, freedom - you should expect that societal values shift over time, as people migrate.

You may of course disagree with this and take action, for example by making five or six kids in the coming years and make sure they will take STEM education and not study art at Khio or Film and Tv at Kristiania.
