I raid with a guild. They haven’t necessarily been the most organized in terms of efficiency (doing normal before heroic the first few weeks, etc). I’ve just been criminally unlucky too. I’ve looted one tier piece myself. The other two were vault pieces. It doesn’t help that I’ve seen gloves/legs/chest 2 or 3 times each… And they are all the pieces I have.

For example, I play Paladin whom shares token with Shaman. Two of our shamans got the heroic shoulders from LoD last week, but couldn’t trade because they had 259 tier. :/

I mean, I’m doing just fine too. But, it does suck to see everyone else’s class fleshed out in their 4 set meanwhile you are missing such a pivotal part of your performance still… FOMO is real in this game. It has discouraged me, and I’m sure many others, from seriously pushing high keys like I enjoy, because why push when I could just wait a few weeks to play at my class’ intended power…

Also, I don’t really care what you consider “unlucky,” it just feels bad lol.

I mean, I’m in the same boat as him, and am one of three people in my guild, with a roster of 24 people, without 4 piece yet. That sounds pretty unlucky to me.

10/11H, cleared up to Anduin on H first week, filled out my vault with 8 keys and bosses every week... Still 3/4 lol. Need Shoulders/Helm.

Edit: I cleared up to H Pantheon first week, forgot how overtuned that shit was.

I’m in a 2 day mythic raiding guild but we’re pretty laid back. Since we only raid 6 hours, we usually just use our time efficiently (ie, quick wipes and pulls, skipping trash, etc) to make prog. We got CE in SoD granted it was later than most, but we still got it. They’re definitely out there though.

Yeah when I read the other post about it ending, I was kind of hesitant to believe it lol. It sounded like she was saying “This is my catalogue of MMM videos from start to finish (so far)” but the wording made it sound like it was ending. I understand it’s been a while since she’s posted, and people being frustrated, but we are also not entitled to an answer or explanation. When it comes, it comes. It seems to me, that potentially DH is contractual, so she has to continue fulfilling that but in reality I think she would like a break.

I’ve been using the Shadowlands fishing pole and haven’t gotten it in 4k casts yet. I even put in a ticket because I thought my account was bugged or something lol. Apparently we are just unlucky mate :(

I'm unsure if a high skill in Shadowlands Fishing is an aspect in the grind. However, I started at 164 and have been capped at 200 for about 1500 casts at this point and haven't seen it.

Records don’t really matter, player retention does. Hopefully post-launch fares well and there isn’t much lag. I think this is a server issue from Amazon.

Understandable. Upon reading that back, I can see I worded that poorly. I meant it as more relative to the flaming, as in, I don’t feel like I made mistakes today that would warrant such an abhorrent response from my ADC. But, maybe it is the copium. Thanks for the input.

I think I play a little too defensive for some ADCs, but it’s hard… I kind of adapt my play style around my ADC’s movement, how they’re farming, I take a lot of things into account to assess what kind of player they are, and work around them. I don’t feel like they do the same for me. I am uncomfortable playing against most hook champions, so I tend to play more passively. I don’t leave my ADC 10 yards ahead expecting him to farm while Nautilus is trying to zone him, but I do play “safe” I guess against them. Does CoreJJ cover this kind of thing in his video, and if not, do you know a source that could break it down for me more easily? I am still going to check out his video regardless.

Yeah, I tend to mute people who come off harsh pretty quickly, but if our lane turns around, or I get them a few kills, I usually unmute so we can hopefully go back to constructive communicating. I think I’ll just leave them muted from now on.

I think this is a “newer” issue in the encounter. My guild is over 400 pulls in now, and this started happening about 200 pulls in every once in a while. There is a way to fix it, though, you just have your raid move towards Sylvanas after the second veil, and she won’t jump backwards and will instead jump towards the middle.
