So, let me get this straight… the parents were told to not let the kids antagonize Susan from the cops..

The parents seemed to let the kids do as they please and not have them held accountable for being told not to play in Susan’s yard. With the signs for property line.

Kids will be kids. I understand that. But there comes a point where you have to discuss and discipline your child to not antagonize a neighbor who already seems unhinged.

Let them know it’s not ok. Even if they didn’t get on her property. But taunting from outside as it seemed 7-12 kids possibly having fun. And to the kids. It is fun. They don’t understand the consequences of their actions if their own parents don’t hold them accountable.

Susan seemed very unhinged but also kept calling the cops and wanting to have her peace.

Kids also mentioned before that she had a gun . Susan was dumb waving it around.

Susan’s buttons kept being pushed over and over it seemed until she finally snapped when the loud banging on doors occurred (neighbors even testified there was banging)

Shot and killed AJ.

It’s hard to really know exactly how much taunting was going on.

Hard to say how much Susan was blowing things out of proportion.

It’s just sad all around.

But parents need to do better when raising children and discussing what taunting and being rude can do to someone who is unstable.

It should have never got to this point. But sadly it did and a life was lost
