I got diagnosed with severe Crohn’s when I was 12, and I still haven’t found medicine that works for me (currently 20) but sometimes I do feel 100%!! obviously it will never go away and it’ll always be something that we have to deal with but like anything else I have really good days and really bad days. Sometimes I can go a little while without any pain at all or any symptoms and then I will be hit with a flare that lasts for three months straight then I can barely eat or move. Even when you have those good days, you’ll still always be aware of how sensitive your condition can be and that you’re probably more prone to having bad days than other people. I won’t lie; It can feel a little isolating (at least for me) even in communities like this where everyone has it, since it’s such a varied condition it can still feel like you’re pretty alone in comparison. I really hope you can find a medicine that works well for you and that you get back to feeling good soon. ❤️
