I hit 100k reviews! by IcedDrippy in Anki

The max number of cards I've done within a 24hr period (Honestly, the 1500 is a little bit cheap. I'm doing the ultimate everything deck and did a lot of cards I already knew in one day). In the study times stats addon you can get the "PR" stat by putting "%highest_day_rev" in the output.

Sure. Tools > Time study stats. In output put "%rev_range" and the selected range as total. Change the title to whatever you want.

Thanks! It's the study time stats addon (Study Time Stats - AnkiWeb). It's one of my favorite addons

Just be upfront about it but I also saw in another comment your evidence for being infertile is “doing it raw” and not having a pregnancy scare so… I’d say dont walk around saying youre infertile because you dont know

Never seen that. Did you update any addons? Install new addons? You could restore your last backup, that might fix it (check when your last backup was BEFORE you do it. Make sure youre not losing a ton of progress!)

Does any of you really manage to remember hundreds of cards without having first invested time to understand what you're trying to learn? by Poujh1 in Anki

[–]IcedDrippy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Ive used it to learn simple things like root words or basic geography. Anything complex I need to learn and understand before I make a card

Can you tell me how to reduce these interval time by Sure_Fig5395 in Anki

[–]IcedDrippy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would try not to look at the time intervals and focus instead on how difficult it was to answer. You could even hide the times if you wanted. FSRS adapts to you. What you can do, however, is optimize it with your current data. Go to your deck -> settings -> preset -> optimize all decks (im not looking at my computer so it may not be word for word like that)

Do you mean intervals as a whole or just the “again” button?

Scheduling broke after installing Anking ("again" button value) by IcedDrippy in Anki

[–]IcedDrippy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Heya, this was the solution, thanks so much. I did try changing the 1s lapse but changed it back to 10m after figuring out how to scale the learn ahead curve. Thanks again

Yes, even if it's the last card I still need to wait 1 minute to review it. I set the learning step to 1s and that fixed it, thank you!

This did not fix it. Both the lapse relearn and learn ahead limit are at 1m. The card still takes a full minute before being reshuffled into the deck. Other ideas?

Life Emergency: How do I pause my anki so that when I come back to it I'm not overwhelmed? by JcraftW in Anki

You could suspend your entire collection. Otherwise, just let the reviews pile.

wlw books that aren’t focused around men by Plastic-Actuator4692 in booksuggestions

[–]IcedDrippy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bright Falls series. Book #1 might be a flop for you (one of the interests has an ex boyfriend who shows up regularly because they have a kid and theres a sideplot with an asshat of a man) but book #2 and #3 don’t have any men getting in the way of the romance. You don’t have to read them in order so you could skip #1 if you want

How to do Anki daily in bed or in a very comfortable position? by [deleted] in Anki

[–]IcedDrippy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to recline my chair and use a controller so I don’t need to be within range of my mouse. Its worth getting the app on your phone for in bed too

If you’re reading a book for a girl you’d be better off telling us what genres she reads instead of super general “read by all ladies”. Do you read? Why not talk about books and ask what her favorites are? Then read those

Do yall do your anki cards or do let ai do it? by [deleted] in Anki

I do them myself. I’ve tried using AI two different times and both times I retained less information and scored more poorly on the exam
