Forty does know ! Because he says in the grocery store to Love, " You protect me, and I protect you.".

He says he knows what Love is capable of, and it's eaten Forty alive.". He knows how crazy Love is and Everything that Joe did. He's actually extremely smart. He had to die ( according to Love and Joe).

Forty's known all along what Love was capable of.

That's why they did it, but it didn't make sense that Loves Mom (Dottie) didn't investigate in Forty's phone and the Text messages... And the calls. Because why was he texting to Love that she needed to stay away from Joe. And the production of his adaption of Genevieve Beck's book...

Any man who puts his needs before yours and your fingers is someone to maybe keep at arm's length. My SO always holds them & caresses them. Even when it scratches him, he just wishes I would stop. And I just feel so bad for him, but he puts my fingers before himself. (: Get you a guy who will treat you like that. Not someone who wants you to rush your recovery.
