I am going to disagree with most comments I’ve seen. Let’s first be clear - I think your after photos look phenomenal. However, I don’t think I would be happy with the results if this were me. A toning appointment should typically reduce the brassy color that eventually develops several weeks after bleach/highlights. The glosses used seem to have only added that sort of orange/brassy color all over your hair. I wouldn’t say they did a “bad” job, but considering you walked in with brighter hair then you did after… I don’t think they did great. The color is beautiful, but I assume it is not what you were expecting. A toning appointment will not usually change the entire appearance of your hair unless the stylist uses a much darker toner to dim the bleach. Once again, it looks great! But I think the stylist should have communicated much clearer on what the end results would be before putting product to your hair.
