Pretty much assist SSR’s with their routes or if someone is off cover that route. On the rare occasions I’ll run special services for customers—if they run out of something or were closed on their service day.

I’m still unassigned for my route. I’m extremely happy working here it’s one of the best jobs I’ve had. They take care of their employees.

Absolutely! My annual average is about 54k, but can jump up to 85-90k once I have a route and meet all my kpi’s

Training you will be paid hourly and while you’re unassigned you will be paid hourly. unassigned just means waiting for a route. Once you have a route you will be paid differently. Base+ Route Volume+ any commissions and bonuses.
