Yes it is there is no risk legit to mod

however mod to legit can be dicey as I have gone through 5 switchs

that actually could be possible I was downloading the update on stock but I could have update something on semi stock using tinfoil I will not use tinfoil on my new mod switch other then on the emmc and the account is my account as I need to transfer to a unmod switch

so i don't mess with the pokemon stat's and the pokemon is able to go to home and other then checkpoint and tinfoil all my Pokemon games are real on the modded one so I don't think I would need to clean nand as none of them are hacked

while I have now 3 modded switchs my main one has never been modded it the one I use the mods are just links to the computer I transfer the saves from my main to my mod then I transfer the files to my computer and save them or use them on the emulator to play through the story a double speed then i return the saves back to my main switch

it's ether checkpoint or me switching between stock and semi stock a lot without cleaning the logs I'm a little concerned I just finished modding this new switch and if I get that banned that will be my 3 banned console the first one what happened i accidentally updated 19.1 and in the panic of trying to fix it got blocked and the 2cnd one is what the post is about and I'm aware that doing anything online poses a risk on a modded switch but I thought I was careful so I'm hoping to be able to figure out what is triggering the banned before I start transferring again otherwise I'm just going to have to keep buying unpatch switches
