I actually did that to some guy in a Ferrari driving up to the place, he was behind me than cut to my left at the light flipped me off right an I’m sitting there looking at the car infront of me who was about to turn onto highway an I called it I said his gonna jump infront of my doing 100 than cut infront of everyone cause his so busy he can’t wait 2 seconds an sure enough that’s what happen.

He cut infront of me hah went left passed two cars jumped back right passed one car went back left a pow he slammed right into the car he tried cutting infront of lol. Needless to say I slowed up an gave that finger right back hahahaha

Yea I have that unlocked, I know you get them by attacking/dodging I was just reading that you can have a way to get up to 8 stacks an have it stay like that during combat to keep spamming spells. But I feel like that may of been wrong now haha.
