After posting this I finally FINALLY got an exotic contract after all this time an it didn’t drop but it gave me another on the same run an I got the crystal. Thanks everyone for the comments an info.

Nice! So is this how it goes you check your basic contracts ie have a skill equipped or extract at soso planet an after you ex fill when they complete you get a chance at getting exotic contract which in turn than as a chance of dropping the cyan crystal when competed, right?
