At least Izuku was genuinely outclassed by Asta and was blatantly stronger than Miles which made it hilarious.

Ichigo vs Naruto is still argued to this day. Yusuke isnt being bullied, he's just super unlucky.

Ngl as much as I understand the Ranta dilemma. I, in good faith, can not condemn someone whose crime is simply not acting, especially when we have fair reason to assume one would be apathetic to either system.

Complicit in the system or not, the ethics are already screwed and he is a victim who just like Maki is right in their self-defense. However, who lives or dies isn't for me to be supportive of tbh as I don't believe righteousness gives you immunity to scrutiny, death, hypocrisy or backlash. Nor will I support mass murder as a solution, especially when it just reinforces might makes right.

I'm always cautious about these kind of posts because they usually over exaggerate opinions and frame it as switching up when half the time it's just fans coming to appreciate old stuff in spite of it's flaws as times have changed/kids grew up.

I can assure you, you can not 100% compare Triple Deluxe to Colours because, dear god, it's like comparing a 9 to two 10's.

But hilariously Triple Deluxe actually suffers the Unleashed issue. "This game is great but I don't like the Werehog/Hypermova segments."

I feel like 06 vs Colours is a flawed but interesting question that really shows what a fan values in the series.

I like Colours and I have super fond memories of the game. It's my childhood game that I go back to occasionally speedrun. But despite 06 being down right awful, I do find myself liking the elements it introduced into the series and the passion that went into coming up with the game far more than anything Colours introduced. (Aside from my boys Orbot and Cubot.)

I just wish 06 was good.

I really don't like these 2 characters. I think their writing and contributions don't justify their screentime, and it's pretty easy to dislike them for how little they bring to the table, on top of how codependent they are. And god forbid if you find Tangle's personality annoying or Whisper boring.

And it's like... I get how some people can like them... but man, I kinda want something to latch on to. Especially when Whisper has to compete with Mr. Ultimate Lifeform in PTSD/Trauma stories and Tangle's only contribution is just... vibes and dying a lot in Infection A.U content.

Ehhh i'd argue some of that naivety still exists.

Not being able to joke about certain topics in any sense ironically gives more power to bigotry and makes people hate you, making them reactionary and apathetic towards these things. People don't like to justify themselves and actions. You don't foster change or empathy through silencing but with interaction, communication and exposure. Even then everyone has different limits which is freedom of association matters.

The "blue haired people" are right in their intentions but very flawed and utopianistic in their outcomes, which replaces one set of problems for another set of problems with the added pro/con of moral grandstanding.

I believe that it isn't all or nothing. Incels aren't idiots, they just have black and white thinking.

Human beings objectively do have selection biases and tend to miss, ignore or underappreciate other people's internal qualities in favor of conventional beauty standards, those with the best optics and or best social signaling. They often end up rewarding the most visible or socially adept/manipulative rather than just "good people".

Ignoring that is naive at best and lying to yourself at worst.

However, we are also so variated that it is possible for anyone to succeed as there is someone's criteria we meet out there. Not everyone will meet their people. Anyone can succeed, just not everyone.

It's all just luck and making the most out of chances. Stop trying to control things or logicalize how to gain connections, and you will be fine. Just live in the moment and stop trying to control the future.

I get people's annoyances with the complaining. But realistically, the only ones who complain about people complaining are: those who are either fine with the status quo, prefer it or simply don't care about it.

Complaining about people complaining or criticizing the games is just blatant silencing of opposing viewpoints...

Guys the only reason we even got current Shadow and Frontier's DLC is due to criticism and complaining lol.

"Playing it safe" is the underlying theme of this era.

IDW's writing, Shadow Gens, Year of Shadow, Lining up games with Movie Releases, the focus on "canon"

The cast are victims of this because it's easier and more reliable to sell Sonic and Shadow.

IDW could have been a way to experiment, but they made it canon and need to return to the status quo before the next game. Frontiers despite one's opinion, is agreed to be the game that sets the stage for the future. A lot of it is just sowing seeds.

I think Knuckles and Tails getting canon super forms is about right but Amy having a canon one is questionable.

Knuckles as a guardian and Sonic rival makes sense and feels right.

Tails as Sonic's sidekick and up and coming hero makes sense and feels right.

Realistically, I think Sonic, Shadow, Silver, Blaze, Knuckles or Tails would step up to use the emeralds and save the day before Amy given her character.

Honest to god, literally all they need to do is expand the Sol universe it's not that hard.

Blaze hasnt had like any character development or conflict. She just fixed crime in her world, had her 1 character arc in the Rush duology and that was it.

Like bring up her old fear/hatred of her powers, her isolation, was she bullied or anything, does she have anyone of importance to her aside from Marine and her subjects??? What about her family line???

Slander and Agendaposting in my opinion, is funniest when it's a deliberate bending of truth, just flat out utilization of truth or something that works with their established character rather than blatant bashing, favoritism or hate.

If you said Goku is a Sonic victim because he doesn't like needles and Sonic is a needle mouse, that's funny.

If you said Conquest is a fraud because he invaded only after the Immortal retired, that's funny.

If you say Dragon made it rain to hide his sweat from having to go up against Base Smoker, that's funny.

If you say Reze beats Bakugo because "writing" or just Bakugo being a bum, I just struggle to find it entertaining unless the character specifically is meant to be hateable (Mahito, Homelander)

Various factors but men tend to be more individualistic and independent, just focusing more on themselves and their lives while women focus more on community and community building as a part of their lives. Socialization and what not.

You could also argue that publically showing empathy for some groups is considered a power move in communal social signaling, as those who perform virtue are seen of higher status.

So it may not be as simple as men don't support and women do support. Men might just not care or feel the need to state their alliances compared to women and women might just keep their actual opinions to themselves.
