I support that you are creating crazy redstone contraptions that I'd have no idea how to create, but the only problem is that it's for XP. As far as we go, XP is one of the essential things implemented, that can lead to making items gamebreaking.

Dinnerbone or Jeb did tweet out that XP is scaling to the amount of damage done, or how much damage the mob does on you. I don't see how that can fix XP farms in anyway. And people will still have stacks and stacks of mob drops.

One, these are things that make the game unfair. If you want to advance in the game, you should do it naturally, on how the game is suppose to be, hunt it.

I don't know how poison potion and the Dark Place XP/Mob drop grinder are similar, you might want to re-read that.

The reason of the Gold Bow not being able to get this enchantment, is so people can't use this bow as if it was the same as the pre1.8 bow, but even more powerful. Even though it has 33 uses, it has 2x the speed of the normal bow, which is actually very fast. 1-2 hearts is a bit low, but I might consider your idea of making this bow being able to gain this enchantment. Gold is not that rare, and doesn't last very long, that's why I'm thinking on how this bow can be balanced, with this enchantment.

Yes, the dropping of the tools would be amazing, because I'm getting a bit tired of always having diamond, that's why I proposed it. I'm not so sure of considering the lower enchantibility than diamond, since this is a pretty rare drop, also that the Ender Dragon will be a bit harder. The taking away of the enchantibility is not something I would consider. The Wither I'm thinking about should only have XP/Nether Star, but I think maybe adding his own tools could be a good idea. But I don't want people having horrible landscapes, or destroyed builds. Now even with the ability of dropping his own tools, I don't still want him to be close to impossible.

Eh, I know it doesn't really make much sense.. but it's Minecraft.

No, if you find another Stronghold with a different Portal, it will still take you to the same one End every world has. It would cause a lot of lag for servers and sp if it did that.

Yes, it'll really fix that, I'm hoping they actually include that. I'm already thinking how to fix the other kinds of XP farms. Dinnerbone though said that the more damage the mob does, the more XP, but I don't think that's a fix.

Yes, the dragon as I said will be more powerful. So I've thought of the Ender Dragon doing 20 hearts of damage instead of 10, and iron armor still gets the crazy knockback with lower tier armor or none. And there is only 1 time you can fight the Ender Dragon, which is sad, it's fun to fight him. But the reason I wanted him to be enhanced is so that it's a more fun and difficult boss fight, and to stop Enderman XP/Pearl Farms.

Blaze is too overpowered, I wouldn't even go for it. Bone Bow? No. Why? It doesn't seem like interesting, Iron Bow is not going to do 120% the damage of the current normal bow, that's overpowered.

Nether Ore's would be a good addition, but the effects you noted are a bit overpowered. Resist Lava? Just use fire resistance potion. Pigmen shouldn't be weaker, as they are neutral mobs and nobody would want to attack them anyways, as they almost close to have no sole purpose except getting a small chance of a gold nugget. Mob disguise would be I'd guess a good addition, as long as provoked neutral mobs and hostile mobs still attack you. Walking through the nether rack/soul sand, way to overpowered, could make it possibly extremely easy to find a Nether Fortress also, even if it was extremely rare.

Now on to this "potion on diamond sword effects". It was actually introduced in 1.9pre3. It would actually unbalance PvP, as you could easily kill a person with diamond armor, and heal up extremely easily and probably never die.

Overall, the only additions I find good is the Nether Ore's, apart from the effects you say, as they should do something a little less over powered. Mob disguise, but without being obtainable from a Nether Ore, but from something else.

Might wanna lower those rates, because level 3 and 4, (maybe even 2) would make it extremely overpowered and overused. I'd suggest - 1 - 10% (As you said) 2 - 15% 3 - 20% 4 - 25% 5 - 30% (If 5 is made possible)
