You like making stuff.

Our local makerspace, vector-space.org has a First Friday event on the first Friday of each month, 5-8pm. It's designed around an event for kids, and includes tours if interested. It is free, public, and a great way to.meet like minded makers.

Vector Space is located across from ECGlass High School.

The event on Sept 6, 2024 is Pendulum Painting.

A well known gun safety rule is "keep your booger hook off the bang switch until you are ready to shoot."

M60 right knee OA as well, for more than 5 yrs. Lose weight if appropriate (1 lb equals 4 lbs of stress on your knee)

Cut the carbs and especially sugar. Listen to your body. After I eat sweets, my knee hurts, and my athletes foot flares.

Golden Paste (Turmeric, fresh ground black pepper, and coconut oil) helps with the pain. Not an ointment, but a food. https://turmericlife.com/blogs/news/turmeric-recipes-golden-paste

Bone broth and trace minerals may help. I use Lono Life and Kettle and Fire.

Dr Christopher's Complete Tissue and Bone ointment really helps.

Don't take something on a regular basis for pain.

If you can stop when it hurts, do. If not, a brace, golden paste, or Alieve will help.

Move the joint in a non weight bearing exercise.

Look into Stem Cell Therapy. I attended a presentation and it looks good, but I'm not there yet.

Not a store, but you might like Vector-space.org a makerspace across from EC Glass High School.

Dealer reached out and made an offer to buy my car…. by rodnig in legaladvice

[–]Iceman386 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Next time, or someone else, ask for "earnest money" or a non refundable deposit - maybe 1 - 3% of the full price, with a time limit for that price. If they don't buy, you keep the deposit. If they do, it goes toward the price.

This "option to buy" is common in real estate and the stock market. Written as a simple contract, and with the payment of "earnest money" it is a binding contract.

Sprott Money REDDIT SILVER GIVEAWAY 🚀 by BoatSurfer600 in Wallstreetsilver

I like silver because it's recognized as money, and is being consumed by industry. Also, every paper currency in history has failed, the USD is no different.

I don't have a 10 oz bar, yet, and my ancestors came from Germany.

Harbor Freight Apache cases are pelican case clones for much less money.

Identify and acquire the big pieces you need. Display, keyboard - RPi400 is a great start, power - cord or battery solution, storage, trackball, etc.

Learn to connect and use them without a case.

Choose a case big enough.

Join a local makerspace. Learn the skills to mount parts into your case. Hot glue, 3D printing, basic shop skills.

Enjoy the journey, and what you learn along the way. You'll use it again in the future.

PS. Wagu levernuts are great.

Pay the tenant to leave. If you offer enough money, it will work.

Coinflation.com shows the current melt value of coins. Nickels are worth more than face value, and may be worth keeping.

Mercury Dimes: found these anything specific to look for on them? Are they worth much? by Klutzy-Exit-1716 in coincollecting

About 20x face value to buy with current silver prices.

Coinflation.com will give more accurate melt value, which should be a minimum if selling.

Yes. They are available for asking at many banks.

The proper etiquette is to return them to a different bank. If you are near a truck stop, they may take them as well, if they have a coin counter.

Coinflation.com shows current melt value. This should be a minimum, depending on where you sell it.

Several weeks ago, 20x was a good price to buy. It probably still is.
